Trofholz Technologies, Inc. has a formal Quality Management System (QMS) that complies with ISO 9001:2000 and we expect to receive our ISO 9001 certification in late 2009. We have a full-time Quality Manager to administer, implement and maintain the QMS. I have provided a copy of TTI’s Quality Policy (taken from our Quality Manual) below, which provides an overall summary of our QMS. QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CORPORATE STATEMENT

 

When Trofholz Technologies, Inc.(TTI) was founded it was built on four key principles; Quality, Commitment, Creativity and Integrity. The first letters of the words form the “TTI Creed”, known as “QCCI”. The first principle in the creed is Quality, and this was no accident. Quality was the primary founding value for the company and remains so today.

 

The most critical reason for any business entity to have an effective quality management system is to see that responsibility for the quality of the work NEVER falls upon the customer. I believe that TTI’s customers should NOT be responsible for detecting, correcting or preventing errors, deficiencies and non-conformances in the work – that is OUR job.

 

In support of this belief, TTI has developed a corporate quality management system to assure the quality of our work and enable us to properly set and exceed our customer’s expectations. Due to the nature of our customized solutions, when applicable, TTI will tailor a quality control plan to meet the unique requirements for any customer or job, and the plan will be designed to complement our corporate quality management system.

 

TTI has based its quality management system on the quality system guidelines set forth in ISO 9001:2000 (International Standards Organization) and the ASQ (American Society for Quality). The overall goal is to enable TTI to consistently exceed its customer’s requirements and expectations by eliminating non-conformances and/or identifying deficiencies before they have a chance to negatively impact the customer’s mission. Once identified, TTI quickly corrects the deficiency, and employs preventive measures to assure deficiencies do not recur. This mitigates risk to our customer’s mission, protects our customers from costly non-conformances and supports our overall goal of detecting, correcting and preventing deficiencies and non-conformances in TTI’s products and services.

 

Our Quality Management System is also predicated on the premise of continuous improvement and superior customer service, where we strive to exceed customer’s requirements and continuously improve ourselves to progress towards excellence in all aspects of the business.
